Well, it's gonna take a Griswold or Jane Roe who's actually charged to get this in front of the courts then, possibly. Ridiculous that the standing question is so narrowly construed. It certainly ought not to be the case that one must risk actual conviction to have standing to clarify your fundamental rights in court.

Not really.
DC is pretty much exactly the same as any other middle age fiefdom.

Does anyone in DC actually work for a living and earn a paycheck?
