Parker-Ballard 20 Gage

I need a bit of help from the shotgun fans out there. I am going to be selling a 20 gage side by side soon to help offset the cost of my Wife's new Beretta and I have not been able to find this gun in any reference guides for pricing. It is nothing special, I just don't want to sell it for $300 and then find out the guy who bought it got the deal-of-the-century.

Here are specifics:
Parker-Ballard "Points Best" Model
Made by Marixa-Eibar (or Elbar) in Spain
20 Gage Side by Side, 28 inch barrels (choked Modified and Full)
Double Triggers, Ejectors, some engraving on the sideplates
Very nice European Walnut with deep hand checkering
Purchased new in 1977, single owner (me), not a scratch on it.

Closest match I can find in a book is a Parker-Hale model 645. Also made in Spain, but not imported until 1986. Seems like it could be an earlier version? The books list this gun at around $450. Am I correct in this assumption or should I go spend some money and have it appaised?

If you don't know, can you point me to some other sources?

The 23rd edition of Gun Traders Guide says that the 645A and the 645E is worth nearly twice that. In excellent condition, from 750 to 795. Might be worth checkin in to!
