Para-ordance ar-15

Was down at my local gunshop and had a opperurtunity to handle the new para-ord ar-15 one grear feeling rifle, has a graphite lower with a fluted stainless barrel.
Talk about being light! And the stock snaps off.
Has anyone had the chance to shoot one?
The one I looked at goes for 1495.
I'm still getting the Bushmaster!

I think you're talking about the PROFESSIONAL ORDNANCE rifle. It was interesting, but it seemed too much like a toy for my tastes. They also(?) make an AR-15 type pistol, the Carbon 15, also using carbon fiber in its construction.
Does anyone know how well that stuff holds up? It looks nice, but I have doubts about durability.
Does anyone know where this company is located? I had 2 addresses, one in NM or AZ and then one in CA. I tried to contact them on a couple of occasions for more info without success.
They make some interesting firearms, but I would be real hesitant about getting something that could only be repaired by a company that's not around anymore.
