Pap m92 legality question.

I'm wondering if I ordered the ar stock adapter from usmachinegun.com (the folder model for $98. If I put a pistol buffer on the end then attached my sb47 stabilizer brace, would this be legal? As it would be a pistol buffer tube and wouldn't be able to put a rifle stock on it(nor do I want to) it would just as 2-4 inches to the legnth & fold.

Yes it would be legal.. so as long as you USE and INTEND to use it as an Arm Brace according to the new ATF letter.

However spending the money on the buffer tube, and adapter, and arm brace.. it might be even cheaper for you to form 1 it into a SBR for $200.

And just for legality reasons, it's not redesigning it to be fired from the shoulder, its that im 6'3" and have really long arms. The current setup straps about 4" behind my wrist, not at all comfortable. I'd much rather it strap to my forearm in front of my elbow.

I believe I found the answer on AKfiles. With the kak extention tube it makes it about 2"longer. 3" if I added the folder adapter. The kak tube is only $42 And the adapter I found from usmachinegun.com
is this one for $68 http://www.usmachinegun.com/proddetail.php?prod=PAP-SAAR

Or the folder for $98 http://www.usmachinegun.com/proddetail.php?prod=M92AR-FOLD

I think for legality reasons, And it being about half the cost, I'll prob just stick with the kak tube for $42 bucks. Because if I was to use the usmachinegun adapter, it could be argued that it would be easy to put a rifle buffer tube instead of a pistol buffer tube on it. AKA easily converted to SBR config.
It will look something like this when done.
