stock work

Most important thing to do is sand and draw the grain. this is done by sanding then steam the wood let dry and do this till the grain stays smooth. Dan

has anyone used the DuraBake Enamel that comes in a Aerosol can? for 25 or so bucks, you cant beat that if its as easy as they make it sound. What have you guys expierenced?

Nice looking work, sthrnfryedyankee.
I just use spray paint from the hardware store :) It's cheap and you can paint to suit your environment. If it gets scratched, you just touch it up with a shot of paint. For the pattern I use an exacto knife to cut out branch patterns on file folder or stiff target paper stock.

This 7 mag has a layer of texture paint applied, then the camo.
