CDNN is selling a Target Sports paddle holster (made in Israel) for $17.00. Anybody have any information/experience with this product? Thanks.

holster

the holster is most likely made by Fobus if so its worth more than what is asked fore it, they are great holsters.

I have a wide range of paddle holsters in both leather and kydex and like the format. The Fobus line is a composite material that I have found to be more "tackey" than kydex we use here in the US. Not Bad or Good, but the cling effect on a firearm is different. They make a quality product with excellent life, excellent value, I just don't like the way it seems to drag on the draw stroke.

I have one paddle holster, a Fobus. It is supposed to be a concealed carry holster but it doesn't work for purpose for me.

I'm a huge fan of paddle holsters; when I'm not pocket carrying, my PM-9 is in a Galco paddle holster. Don't know if Fobus is made in Israel, but I have a few of theirs too and they work great ... not good for larger guns because they stand off your waist a bit more than a belt holster ... but for small weapons, they are excellent.

All of my Fobus holsters say made in Isreal on them.

A Fobus paddle holster carrying a Kel Tec, in my opinion, is the most comfortable conceal carry method. Very concealable, very comfortable, very light weight, very easy to draw from. I do however agree with bikerbill, they don't work so well with larger guns but for small single stack guns they are, IMHO,,,, perfect.

i carry my 380 in a fobus and it works well,i also use a blackhawk serpa II to carry my 1911 and i like that as well also.

my holster is made in isarell. the brand is i-tac. its pretty nice. fits my usp compact very well, and locks in very nicely and unlocks very nicely, and is adjustable.

If it's the one with the button release, I have two for IDPA competitions. They stick out quite far, are fairly comfortable and the release is intuitive, much moreso than the SERPA. The *only* retention is the button, the holster itself does not retain the gun.

The angle is adjustable fore and aft. It's a very well made holster and quite solid, but nothing you'd want to use for concealment work. Like I said, it sticks out a ways.

Use one with a Springfield XD-SC, and no issues at all .... conceals almost as well as most other holsters. I like it in that it holds the gun well. The draw, is a matter of "adjusting" it well and is a bit stiffer, but no big deal at all. I also use them on some revolvers and really like them there.

That style looks like it would work well for IDPA, as long as it meets all criteria. Problem for me is that CDNN Target Sports is an FFL dealer only site. Anyone know where else a non-dealer can get one of these for such a reasonable price?
