Pachmyer Sling Swivels

I am thinking about installing the fluch mount Pachmyer sling swivles on several rifles. This way when hunting in brush there would be no stud hanging down. Plus I think they would look much neater. I have been thinking abou mounting one at the rear of the stock on the side. This would be like the Mauser 98K and allow the rfile to lie flat on my back when using the sling calvary style i.e. top of right shoulder and acrosss chest to over left hip (usefull when you need both hands to climb or ride a bike). Any recommendations or suggestions?

T-Bone, you will probably get some pretty detailed instructions with the swivels. My only advice is to follow them closely or have the swivels installed by your local smith. George
