P320 Compact 45 - somebody try it already

Six and a quarter.

Right. But that one has the nights sights preinstalled so not that bad a deal really. I saw a full size without the night sights for just under $500 at my LGS which is a darn good deal - IF it is a good pistol. But I'm not a gambler. :)

Sorry but IMO, the 320 SHOULD cost less than a 2022 simply based on the premise that a striker fired gun generally costs less than a hammer fired gun.
PSA had night sight equipped 2022's for $349 end of last year...

Sure, the 320 is new and it will take some time to come down in price but $625 is crazy.

2022 is 9mm. This is 45acp. Glock 30 without night sights is $565 (I think) at my LGS. Glock night sights are about $100 give or take. I don't think $625 is crazy.

^ Not only the French but the Colombian National Police as well to the tune of 120,000 pistols (on tops of the France's 250,000). As a side note, they got training as part of the deal and happened to be at at SIG Sauer Academy when I was taking some classes. Watching a bunch of heavily armed Colombians drive around in the back of pickups in the woods isn't something you see every day (at least in NH).
