Anybody have one of these in .32ACP? Saw one at the gunshow today, and I am interested. Do you know if you can remove the laynard slot? I really like the safety idea.

If you're refering to the Kel-Tec P-32, which is a .32acp, 8 shot polymer framed, 6.6 oz locked breech, small, flat, reliable pocket rocket. I have owned one of those for the past two years and I love mine, which I carry daily as a LEO backup/off duty gun. They're available with a hardchromed finsh from the factory. But if you buy a matte blue model, you can send the slide and barrel back to the factory and they will hard chrome it for 20 bucks with a turn around time of one week.

The SIG P230 in .32 ACP with lanyard loop and with additional manual safety is an excellent pistol. The lanyard point is easily removed. While the added manual safety is, perhaps, superfluous; it appears that this design was made for a foreign police agency. Perhaps Japan. Those that made it to the USA are, and I presume, will be of interest to collectors. It is an unusual variant, being sold at very attractive price. I have shot mine and like it a lot. Grab it before it gets away!

I've had one on lay-a-way for 2 months now. Hopefully with the next check and after all the other bills are paid I'll be getting mine.

I can't wait.
