P22 scope mount

I'm reading your super-informative posts since a while, and I decided to subscribe because of a question...

I will receive my new walther p22 very soon and I'm considering installing a dot sight on it. Anybody tried the plastic mount initially made for airguns on it?

Is it worth it or the thing will warp in no time?:confused:

I just saw that mount in the 2002 catalog and was wondering the same thing myself. I however didnt know it was ALL plastic. :rolleyes:
 
P22's are evil!

Scope mount? If this damn thing actually WORKED I might have been interested in one!

I hope that your P22 experience is better than mine. I realize that there are many who enjoy their P22's. Mine could be lemon, though. I hope S&W makes it right :rolleyes:
