Not really a good comparison, as you're comparing the P-95 which is arguably a full-size gun against the compact version of the Glock 17. (I'm only half serious with this argument...)
The only measurement that matters, between these two guns, I think, is the weight -- and the Glock wins that one hands down.
I've had both, liked both -- with a small edge to the Glock. The Glock is definitely the better CARRY weapon.
The downside of the Glock is the price: you can almost get two NEW P-95s fore the price of one NEW Glock 17 or 19.
(And for the difference in size and capacity, I think I'd get the 17 rather than the 19.)
If money is an issue, do the Ruger. If not, do the Glock.
(I eventually got rid of my Glock 17 and started shooting a CZ; I've never looked back.)
