P-07 trigger stacking

I just purchased a NIB 2014 P-07 manufactured in Feb. 2014. I have read about the amazing trigger on this gun but I find the DA to be ok. While somewhat smooth (and it should smooth out even more with use) the trigger has considerable stacking before it breaks. Is this normal? BTW, this is my first CZ.

I have read that lessening the tension on the trigger bar spring will help a bit. Is this true? Is there anything else I can do to get rid of the stacking?

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Normal probably depends on how picky you are with your triggers. Seems people have vastly different opinions on what is good, bad, and acceptable. Mine stacks a little and it's gotten a lot better with use but it was never anything that I thought was a problem or swayed my opinion that it's one of the better DA triggers I've felt.

It's my understanding that the DA trigger pull is all about the springs. Check CGW and their drop in kits if you want to improve it. People rave about the results. The single action is all about the hammer geometry according to CGW at least. They have some nice and easy kits to install to markedly improve the Omega triggers.

Sitting here working the trigger on my 2014 P-07 and how much stacking the gun had out of the box I can't recall but there is none there now. I thought there might have been a little but going over it now I can't find it. It's heavy but smooth and consistent.
