Over/Under Vs. Auto Loader

I searched and this forum doesnt have enough debates.
Plus, I may be in the market soon.
With all the advancements to both over/unders and autoloaders, as well as the introduction of middle class over/unders (spartan, winchester) and upper class autoloaders (extrema, benelli), which would be your choice for a fine all purpose shotgun. It would be used for trap, skeet, upland birds, turkey, and waterfowl.
So which would you rather spend your money on?

A Saiga would be about the last shotgun I would choose for wing-shooting.

Anyways, the Beretta 391 is very nice auto, it is only second to the Browning Auto-5 in my opinion. I doubt you would regret getting one.

Not sure about other states, but in the great state of Texas, you are limited to 3 shells in your shotgun. Bring a fully loaded Saiga into the field and the Texas game officer would rip you a new @$$ if you didn't have your plug in.

I have a Beretta 686 White Onyx O/U. I love it. I'd liek to add the Extrema or SBE to my collection.

The O/U's you list are more lower class than middle class---the upper class autoloaders are more than twice the price of those low end double guns.

A lower grade Beretta--Browning---Weatherby---Ruger---etc (double barrel)... are a more valid comparison to the upper end autos.
