Other sights for Witness

I handled an EAA Compact Witness yesterday in 10mm and it felt pretty good but Gawd those sights were cheesy. Anyone know of a smith that works on these weapons and would be able to replace the sights? The rear sight was already in a dovetail but the front would have to be cut out as it was integral to the slide.
 
I put one of the witness adjustable sights (from eaa) in mine and it came unglued after about 1000 rnds. They (eaa) replaced it no questions asked, but suggested I not continue to use it. They were not designed for the 10mm's recoil.

Love that witness 10 though, in spite of the bad sights.
