OT: Gore Caught in Lie -- Picture Speaks 1000 Words

Sieong, seated immediately to the algore's left, routed $400,000 to the Democrats, mostly to the DNC. He has since been identified by the CIA as an associate of PRC intel efforts and is now a fugitive.
 
You know, I just take it for granted that politicians lie to me. I'm used to it and accept it (which is a sad commentary in and of itself). Most of them though at least make some sort of effort to lie well. This guy doesn't even do that. Either he's too stupid to, which means he's unfit to be president; or he has so little regard for our intelligence that he sees no need to, which means he doesn't deserve to be. And I can't really decide which scenario bothers me more.

Remember, too, that when he gave his statement to Justice Department investigators regarding the event, they asked him about raising money at the temple. To which he answered that it depends on what the definition of "raising" is. I can't stand the idea of eight more years of this.

"But I don't have any specific recollection of it." In legalease this is a disclaimer... meaning that if I was sitting there you can't get me for perjury. We can not convict the guy on this count..... but, who is going to believe him from his statements? We need to make sure that everyone sees this. It's one of the best things going for GWB.
