No bounties offered by states currently, but there are local ranchers' organizations that are offering bounties. Check with your local feeds stores, they might have some info, or talk to the non-game biologist in the area you want to hunt and ask them about organizations offering bounties. Here in WA, there were a couple of ranchers' organizations offering bounties during calving season. But a taxidermist will probably guy the hides from you in the round for about $20 for a good winter pelt.
