Ordered first gun online...........

I just bought my first gun online from Cheaper Than Dirt and I must say that it was a pretty smooth transaction. I got the gun at a pretty good price, it shipped fast, to my FFL of choice and best of all the gun was in a factory sealed box not getting handled and dinged up by a whole bunch of people passing threw a gun shop. I would definitely order from them again.
 
Sweet.. haven't made that jump yet. I've ordered just about everything else from the internet, but no guns. One day even I will have to give it a try.
 
I got a Thompson Center Icon Weather Shield with camo stock in 30-06. I plan on posting pics and a range report after I get a chance to take it to the range.
 
Looked like they had some pretty good prices at CTD. I didn't know that they sold long guns. I have heard alot of good comments on the accuracy of those rifles. Let us know how it shoots because I have been thinking about getting one, but have put it off.

cheaper than dirt

I recently ordered my first online from Bud's.good communication and fast shipping.And I got it transferd to me by the owner of cheaper than dirt.He's here in my town.Good guy and we talked in his place for about 45 min while doing the transfer.I will certainly use him again.Great guy.Oh and it was a mini 14 I got.
 
I've bought a couple of shotguns through CDNN. Had zero problems, great to deal with, and some really good pricing.

And yes I was nervous Big-Time when I placed the order never having done it before. But would/will do it again in a heartbeat.

Kind of. I already have .270 700 that mainly use for deer, but this year a friend is getting into deer hunting and he bought a T/C Venture I was very impressed with it, so I decided to go for the T/C Icon in 30-06.
