Options for expander for 300blk lead.. Can I use an oversized neck expander when size

Ok.. so in search to find a way to load 300 blackout in one rotation on a LnL while still using a powder cop I have been hard pressed to find an answer... Obviously 9mm can be done with the powder expander (PTX) so that's where I am going with this

Here's my new idea, tell me if I am missing something in my thinking. Since I would need an additional station for expanding the case mouth and flaring (usually a Lyman 30cal M die) could I get an oversized resizing stem for my sizing die (.310 or .311) to resize the neck for cast then use the universal powder through flare funnel for a little belling inside the powder throw?

Seems like this would work and eliminate the Lyman M die by doing the same thing it does...

Lee makes a .311" expander that comes with there Rifle dies, in some cartridges like 7.62x54mm. Try to just order an expander button for your die.

If you can find a .311" expander that fits your FL sizing die stem, it will work.

I don't want to use a 311 sizer for my 309.5-310 bullets..

Yes. Lube the inside of the case necks.

I know I am being redundant at this point but...

With the new 309 expander in my sizer plus a universal funnel in the powder measure (just for flare) take the place of the Lyman M die everyone talks about with equivalent results?

Thanks again for the help, I just dont want to have a brand new progressive in the garage and have to wait on a single $10 part I am missing

Lyman produces a step. The universal powder through funnel will flare. When you sit the bullet in the case mouth, the Lyman gives more support. Versus tilting or falling over using the Universal flare. Both work, so lead is not shaved fron the bullets on seating.
