Optic mounts for saiga

Will mounts meant for 7.62x39 work on the .223 variant? Also how well do these mounts hold zero on optics?

Check out combathunting.com. These are cheaper items but I hesitate to put a $200-$300 scope and bracket on a $400 rifle.They have scopes and mounts for the AK/Saiga platforms. As long as you have an AK mount plate, should be fine. Purchased one last year, dead nuts.

I don't know what specification of base you have but I bought a mount made in Israel for my AK74 which has vertical and horizontal adjustments. I wanted the scope as close to the top cover as possible and this mount gives that option and allows windage adjustment on the mount if needed.
