As to being better than Gemtech for the price, it depends on what you want to do with them. The 16th model is very quiet for a .223 suppressor; but most .223 suppressors are fairly quiet.
Long-term use, quick attach, zero-shift, heat, etc. are all where you can start paying more money for a suppressor.
