It is an all steel flash suppressor with an AK style front sight fully adjustable for elevation made to work with Ruger factory rear sight.

Your opinions are appreciated !

It does look good and you can bet with that post that you'll be able to hit with it easy. I replaced the ramp front sight on my Mini with a very similar unit to what you have pictured and it made the rifle shoot a lot better.

I like the flash suppressor, kind of reminds me of the M-14 suppressor only shorter. Not crazy about the front sight, seems like it's incomplete because of the opening in the front sight hood. I'd fully enclose it and drill a hole in the top for adjustment of the post. Personally though I'd rather thread the barrel and then screw on the flash suppressor than go with a pin on or set screw. I'd also be concerned about the screws in the front sight loosening up due to recoil but I'm a bit paranoid about that kind of thing.

Why should our opinions matter? If you like it, then it's a winner. If not then keep tweaking! That's half the fun IMHO.

As far as the flash-hider, that particular style has been said to help the early Minis to shoot a tad tighter groups. FWIW.

[Your opinions are appreciated >I HOPE SO FOR YOUR SAKE:D/QUOTE]

To be honest and not rude. I can't bring myself to agree with those who say: Looks great! or Looks cool!! COME ON!!--Set screws >Ish!! That's definitely a tacky way of mounting a muzzle flash suppressor let alone its front sight on an excellent little Bill Ruger creation. I see in your future a lot of time spent in the re-sighting of this rifle >OFTEN!!! If your an advocate for Looks Good, Looks Tough, aftermarket parts. I hear there's a new item coming out soon > The glue on trigger.

I hope you have a sense of humor fmj50. If you can handle my critiques without getting upset. I applaud you Sir and if without? I than apologize. Again if this muzzle suppressor with its sight system is what you know to be the most efficient for your application. >Go for it. :)
