My preferred purveyor of reloading bits and optics has one, ex-demo on sale for a good price (need to confirm if this is an IR version or not).
Regardless of IR status, are these decent scopes in terms of build, holding zero, clarity of picture etc?
I know they are a cheaper scope than some, but at £99 it is a steal (Normally about £160-180) and my Nikon Prostaff is a budget scope yet is crystal clear and solid as oak, so far. In other words, it can still fit my needs.
It would be to mount on my soon-to-collect AR for mainly range fun (10m-300m) and both indoor CQ and outdoor, longer-range IPSC stages.
Is this a) a good scope in terms of the specs and b) as a scope in its own right?
