Open carry in PA

Well, I have several referances, nonformal, stating that open carry is permited in PA, except for class 1 cities. Well, I found this

But yet, that same site has people posting this.

I persoanally contacted the PA state attorney. Open carry is "not addressed" in PA state law. Best to leave sleeping dogs lie, as of now it is not illegal, but all it will take is a few idiots and it will. Best to keep this card in the hip pocket in case it is needed.
