If you get the joke .... below freezing in Palm Beach County last night, but kidding aside, I doubt it will pass. :(
 
I think it will carry...no pun intended. It is just bringing us more in line with the Constitution, and allowing the law to help rather than prevent those who obey it.

We will see. BUt, if it flies it will take effect on July 1, 2011. Just in time for my B-day...
 
oops misread section 12 changes. deleted comments

Dropping many of the long list of items in section twelve on forbidden places would be a good change however.
