Open carry holster recommendations needed

While fishing or out in the woods I prefer to open carry. I'm looking for something with positive retention or anything that would keep the gun from just accidentally falling out.

My woods gun is a Glock 20. Any suggestions?

I like the look of a lot of holsters, but for the money and retention, I buy Fobus holsters. That "snap" when you holster the firearm is a comforting sound.

If you're worried about quick access while carrying and still having superb retention, then perhaps a Safariland 6378 Mid $30-40's with good shopping habits.

Add a hood guard for even more protection for $10-15.

If you're worried more about protection than access, there's always the Bianchi/US Gov't method.

Mid $70's on average but it fits just about any large frame pistol out there.

Which way are you leaning?
