Onondaga County Legislature NYS SAFE ACT town hall meeting.

Tomorrow Onondaga County New York votes on the NY SAFE ACT and whether they will file for a repeal or not. Tonight over 500 of us showed up and let the county legislature know how to keep their political careers if they still wanted them. Chairman, County Sheriff and Clerk were all very supportive and we had an an amazing turn out, people actually had to be turned away there were so many of us.

There are a couple of law suits going on that look promising. They are filed by Jim Tresmond from western NY in the Buffalo area. The firm is doing it pro bono and has some lawyers for MA helping out. He plans to keep up the website with current developments.

Thank God for Onondaga. Im proud of all of them and I regret I couldnt have seen history in the making.
For months now I've been in disbelief that no opposition to this act was even being voiced but now I can atleast say I'm still neighbors with fellow Americans.
