logged onto the site mentioned, and the only poll I found dealt with "debts of foreign countries, and whether they should be forgiven (written off)".
Anyhow, this site's heading said something about "experts guiding ....", who is it that designated whomever these "experts" might be as expert in anything, or are they, like some of the "nobility" we these days run into, "selfannointed"??
