Only an idiot or a socialist antigun bigot would call this "reasonable."

Referred to the Judiciary means that the Judiciary Committee will consider the bill and vote to move it to the floor or not.
Things to do List
1. Find out if you have a representative on the Judiciary Committee.
If so, call to tell him you oppose this legislation and that you expect him to kill the bill in committee.
If not, call your state legiscritter and tell him you oppose this legislation and if it comes to the floor for a vote, you expect him to vote against it.
2. Follow up these calls with a letter.
3. Don't waste your time with email.
4. Pat yourself on the back for doing your duty as a citizen of the commonwealth.
5. Wait one week, repeat.
6. Wipe hands on pants.

This is absurd. "any knife, cutting instrument, cutting tool, nunchaku, firearm, shotgun, rifle and any other tool, instrument or implement capable of inflicting serious bodily injury." That would make any pocket knife, ASP style baton, or even a sharp pencil classified as a "dangerous weapon." Why is there a need to add to the definition? I just don't get it.
Folks in PA, let's not forget that the PA politicians are a bit anxious these days. After their bad press about the pay raise they gave themselves last summer, and were forced to give up by public opinion, and the retention vote for the two justices where one justice was voted out, they will listen.
They need to regain their status in the eyes of the people of the state. And you know the leftie fishwraps will support these laws.
