There are many programs that benefit shooters run by the NRA which are not related to the fight on 2A rights in the political spectrum.

I believe the correct vehicle for this is:

NRA Firearms Civil Rights Legal Defense Fund

ILA is the lobbying arm, nothing for ILA comes from the general membership dues.

If nothing goes to ILA from "general membership" dues, what about the dues that are paid to be a Patron Life Member etc.?
