olympic arms Shotgun

I have a friend that has an older double barrel side-by-side shotgun that is marked olympic arms on the barrel. I can't find any information about olympic arms shotguns. The blue book I have does not list anything about olympic arms shotguns. When I do an internet search all that comes up is ar- 15's by olympic arms. Does anyone know anything about this gun. I will try to get some detail about the gun such as marking on the barrel.
He is having a problem with the gun sometimes firing both barrel with the pull of one trigger

Probably a Stevens 311 or 315, according to Harley's masterwork.
