I just acquired a new, unfired SS 3" Service Six, to keep my well used Security Six company. Really great pieces. But I'm not learned enough to identify the difference between my stamped "Police Service Six" and the "Speed Six" identified in my old Security Six manual. S/N range 162-xxxxx, which - I assume - means "newer" grip contour. Experts? .... what say? Paid $250. Good deal? (Say YES!!!). Thanks.
