I was cleaning my SXS 16 ga. as usual after returning from the trap range and while running cleaning patches through the barrels I was looking at the plastic fore grip laying on the table. I noticed a rectangular hollow at the foward most end. I always thought it was there to add lightness & save on material used. Then I thought, I wonder if a shell would fit inside it when reassembled. It fit perfectly & rattled just a little. Wraping a clean patch around it should silence the rattle. Did anyone else already know that?
