Old "Standard" 12 gauge shotgun Info Needed

I have found an old 12 gauge shotgun. The only markings on it are the patent dates...Dec 16 91 Aug 11 96 Aug 14 00 May 27 02 On the other side is the word Standard written in a fancy scroll design. It has a Hatch type screw that pops up and you unsrew the pin to take the gun apart. The serial number is 96528. Can anyone help me find out more info on this weapon? Thanks
