Old Smith & Wesson Disassembly problem

I'm really new to gunsmithing and sadly I don't have access to a professional gunsmith in my town. I got an old SW double action top break .32 and the hammer isn't moving at all, it looks like the piece under the hammer is in the wrong position and I can't punch the hammer pin out neither.If anyone can help me I would be grateful.Not american by the way sorry for any grammar mistakes.

Those old 32's are notorious for the tiny parts not working. These guns are all very old and replacement parts are going to be hard to find. Any parts you find will probably have considerable wear.

Are you trying to remove the hammer stud? If so I would not try that any more. I can't remember how the hammer stud is attached on those models but typically that piece is only serviceable at the factory or an approved gun smith. If you manage to loosen the hammer stud any hopes of getting the gun to ever work again will probably vanish.

Soaking the whole thing in penetrating oil for a while might help. Posting pictures will definitely help us to help you.
 
"...These guns are all very old..." And that's putting in mildly. They're at least 100 plus years old and really shouldn't be fiddled with. However, which model matters.
So does where you are to some extent. Parts may or may not be exportable.
 
At this point I'm not even trying to remove the hammer anymore,but the piece beneath it that seems to be jamming the whole action.
