Old shotgun

I came across a old double barrow shotgun. The only markings on the gun is the name of Bob Dudley and on the other side Nashville Tenn. is stamped. And there is a number stamped in two different places on the fire arm.

Is there any one out there that could help me identify this shotgun or has seen anything like this please let me know.

I wonder if there is a flace I could look up the number that is on the shotgun that would give more information of this Old shotgun.
