Old Rossi gun - identify

There is a Rossi handgun for sale locally. It has a serial number of B27834. It also has a marking of J482. It is a 22 caliber. Would like to know if this gun is worth buying and if so what would be a fair price. It is nickel plated and seems a bit old. I'm posting a temp picture on my web site below.
