old question begs for new answers

how many rounds do you put through a rifle or rifles in a year?

i know people who shoot thousands of 22 shells a year, thousands of 223 or 7.62 rounds a session, people who own 10's of rifles and shoot less than a hundred rounds total a year, where do you fit?
 
I shoot thousands and thousands of rounds a year. Of course having several machine guns has a lot to do with that. Out of my bolt guns I probably shoot two thousand rounds a year not including rimfires. Rimfires I would estimate around five thousand.
 
I'd guess 6000 rounds of .22 LR, 400 rounds of 30-06, 100 rounds of 30-30 and 600 rounds of .30 carbine a year for rifle rounds. oops almost forgot about 250 rounds of 8mm mauser a year for as long as it's cheap.

Do I get a discount for reporting in :D

This Year
I have a 22WMR that I have't shot in about 2yrs. I have years I go out and blast away and I've gone as long as 3yrs without firing a single gun.
