I'd like to get the end shake corrected on my old 1952 model 36. Saw the washers for sale, but not sure how to take the crane/cylinder apart to install it.
Sir;
Jim Keenan can walk you through changing the spacers - maybe he'll see this and contact you on the forum - I forget which way he told me the ejector rod unscrews!
Jim can help you - don't get your cylinder too tight - make sure your cylinder gap is maintained (if possible) at from .003 to .006!

The use of spacers depends on where the endshake is coming from. Simply adding a spacer is only half of the story. Beyond endshake, you also need to make sure the barrel to cylinder gap and headspace are still within specifications.
