I have a Colt Army Special, (double action) ser.#337XXX, 38 Special revolver, circa 1912, 50-60%
and
a Krag 1899 carbine ser.# 849XXX, 30-40 Krag. also 50-60%

Can I get an estimate on their values?

Also would these need to be tranfered through an FFL dealer or are they antiques?
 
They are not considered antiques.
Transferring them would depend on your State Laws.
I think AZ allows FTF transfers, but obviously make sure. Going across State lines would require an FFL (C&R or dealer).
 
Colt Army Special revolvers selss for $600-$900, depends a lot on condition.

1898 Krag rifles in original condition (not sporterized or parts guns) can go for about the same. If it has been sporterized or damaged, about half that.
 
The OP said an 1899 carbine, which will bring more than an 1898 rifle, but less than an 1898 carbine. One advantage in discussing the Model 1899 is that it was made only as a carbine, so there are no cut down rifles to confuse things.

As with most collector guns, originality and condition are everything. An 1899 in top shape (few are) will bring $5000 plus. In 60% or what I would call average condition, they bring around $1000 depending on the location.

(I am making an assumption that the serial number is actually 349xxx as Krag serial numbers never reached 800,000 and the 3 is often mistaken for an 8.)
