Oklahoma is getting into the act, too

Seems like this is catching on. Oklahoma's HB 2884, Firearms Freedom Act.

I think these laws are good, but it has me wondering. If you have a firearm that is exempt from federal control and move to another state could it be controlled? Taking your firearms (personal property) with you is not interstate commerce.

This gets to the crux of this inane idea that firearms have to be controlled. There are literally millions of guns in this country that are not 'controlled' in any fashion. No registration, no sales forms or bound book entry, no trail of swap or private purchase. No nuthin'. Nothing illegal about any of it, and the only real control is that of the owner, just like any other piece of personal property.
