The bill "STAND YOUR GROUND" has made it out of the House and is now on its way to the Senate. We may soon have a law similiar to Flordia.

Oklahoma "STAND YOUR GROUND" HB 2516

Basically it declares an individual does not need to retreat("Last point of escape") from danger if force is necessary to prevent death or bodily harm. Mainly it provides immunity from prosecuton or CIVIL ACTION for using justifiable deadly force.
