Well, it was bought at Montgomery Ward but without the model number I can't tell you who made it or what model it cross-references to.
Having someone refinish the wood and metal will cost you far more than this gun is worth. If it were mine, I would refinish the stocks myself. On these cheap single-shots the wood is a lower grade so one of the stock refinishing kits from Wally World would be just the ticket and even if it still has a few nicks and dents - it just gives it character. As for the metal - well, that is your call as other than cold bluing you don't have much choice unless you go with any of the bake-on aerosol coatings from Brownell's. I would tell whoever does the bluing not to take a lot of time on the metal prep, just smooth it out and blue it.
