All right I bought a Kimber even though I said I was buying a Springfield. I bought a Kimber Compact custon Blued. I bought because it points well, and the shorter grips feels good in my hands. I must have gotten lucky because I got a good one. No Jams yet. 300 rnds of Armscor ammo through it. I shoot it pretty well too. Now the question. What night sights should I put on the little beast?

As to which night sights, there are others more informed, so I'll leave the comparisons to them. I have used Trijicons, and they worked as advertised.
 
Congrats on the Kimber! I would suggest that you take a strong look at the Novak night sights! Only certain sights will fit the Kimbers because of the dove tail cutout that they use.

I have Trijicons on my Glock 30,thinking about a set for my H&K .45 .
I also have Kimber custom with adj. rear sight,thought crossed my mind about putting a set on that one also.I guess I like em. :)

when i was younger my mother bought a 9mm s&w model 39, it had good factory sights but i was not very impressed with them so i talked her into buting trijcon night sights.
love em. i have them on all 3 of my 9mm's figuring that since 9 is not the best stopper i should at least be able to put one where i want it to go.
trijcon is my reccomendation.
 
Congrats on the new gun!

I have an Ultra Carry. If you went through the Kimber Custom shop, it would cost you $130 + $20 labor.

At $150, I've decided that I'm going to put this into another gun. I think that for a carry gun and shooting scenarios at close distances, night sights won't make much of difference. That's my own opinion, however. If you decide to get night sights, go for it and shoot straight!
