As you may know, a suit was brought before a judge in Ohio on the grounds that the current CCW statute was unfair. (It is illegal to carry concealed in OH.) The judge agreed, and ordered enforcement of the anti-CCW laws suspended. The sherrif is now suing the judge to reinstate the criminality of CCW.
Since when can a LEO sue a judge over a decision? I thought they just ENFORCED the law. What lows we've sunk to.
