For those readers in Ohio (or concerned about gun laws in Ohio), does anyone have an update on the current status of Ohio House Bill 264 and Senate Bill 184? These are the bills that, if they become law, would give civil immunity in self-defense cases, shift burden of proof (of non-self-defense) to the prosecution in home defense cases, and other things. The last I heard they were still stuck in committee. Anyone have more recent info?
Thanks in advance,
