Speaking of proverbial smoking guns, has anyone bothered to tally how many briefs (or bits of "research" cited therein) for DC in the Heller case were written by groups funded by the Joyce Foundation? A number of them are quite obvious, but it would be interesting to see just how much of the work could be linked to them. Especially since Obama sat on the board of directors there for a few years..
