It seems that Obama will use anything to spout off about gun violence, and use any situation to do it, and he has again, after a certain jury's verdict. He says, "We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this."

It also shows how much truth there is to to the claim that this administration has been working behind the scenes, and pushing prosecutors to do their bidding. The worst is, he seems to mix up gun violence and ones right to protect themselves, almost like the mayors group including terrorists in gun violence tally's.

See the Washington Times article here:

You are exactly right Dixie. The question is are American's smart enough to see through what he is pushing?

I get so sick of hearing about "gun violence". Guns are not violent, people are violent. So when I hear someone spouting off about gun violence I recognize that they are not concerned about the real problem, violence, but instead are interested in disarming the law abiding citizens. I will grant that changing the violent nature of people is not an easy undertaking due to the over politically correct and over-tolerant nature of our current society in general, but violence upon innocent people should not be tolerated. They should be allowed to defend themselves, with deadly force if necessary. The people advocating gun control are really advocating total control of the masses. I will stop for now before I get too annoyed or annoying.:)

Nope. We're not gonna do this one. This isn't the place for politics, and we're not doing conspiracies around the Zimmerman trial.
