The Congressional Black Caucus had a forum on gun control and African Americas. They had To Diaz from VPC. This moron starting saying that the reason there have been so many shootings involving police and mutiple rounds fired was because the gun manafactors forced the police to adopt semi-autos with high capacity magazines. And that they developed the .40 because the 9mm wasn't lethal enough. Plus, the entire reason for forcing the police to use semi-autos was to get the public to buy them also. This guy is a nut. He's the perfect enough of the people who shouldn't have access to guns.
 
Actually, he's the poster boy for the liscencing of free speech. As in "you must have more than two brain cells and know how to use them before being liscenced to speak."
 
Well I'm not convinced that anyone "forced" police to buy semi autos, but if you don't think the gun manufacturers planned to increase civilian sales by marketing to police, then you fail to understand that gun makers are in the business to make money.
