I don't have one, though I have a friend (also an attorney) who is in the process of getting his CCW now. I may be off on some of the details, but in general, you need to be a resident of the city, and you need to go through the process just to possess one at home first. After you've acquired the home permit, after a while you can upgrade to a target endorsement (so you can transport it back and forth to the range only). After that, IF you have a good reason - like transporting over $15k cash receipts per week (and yes they may check your financial records) you might be able to get one.
The whole process to get to a business carry can take years. I may be off with some of the small details, but its definitely not easy, fast, or inexpensive. If you're serious, I can get the name of an attorney who specializes in NYC CCW's for you. Again, it won't be inexpensive, fast, or easy, but if you have a bonafide business reason and live within the city, it might be possible.
