NY State pending bill to make permit restrictions illegal

license-issuing officer from imposing unregulated restrictions or
conditions on a firearms license or license holder.

since I fall int that 60%.... It's extremely difficult to get a permit here now, where its used to be a slam-dunk

Let's not forget that thefact that the city is considered a seperate part of the state is just retarded. That my permit is not valid throughout the state should be illegal.not to mention a on elected official in NYC controls the permits there.

If there was a proposed state law to start issuing pistol permits in NYC I would be more than happy to support it even though it doesn't affect me one bit.

Difference in principals i guess.
